Rachel Matthews earned a Bachelor’s degree in Professional and Technical Writing from Utah State University, then worked in the software industry, writing help files and online user manuals for small companies. She also wrote pro bono for the Logan Refugee Center, the Utah Hemophilia Foundation, and the Utah Food Bank. Following her passion for nonfiction, Rachel started True Story, a writing and editing business focused on creating and improving real-world content. Now, she works to help other people document their sacred moments, personal experiences, and family legends.
